[Nov. 3] us-west08 Outage

[7:30 PM PST] We are investigating reports of outages on server us-west08, and will update this status with more information as soon as possible.

[7:43 PM PST] We have restored Litespeed's functionality and sites have been restored, we are continuing to monitor the situation.

[7:53 PM PST] The outage was due to an incorrect Litespeed configuration that was deployed in a routine software update and patch release that occurred prior in the day. Additionally, we had failed to fully integrate Direct Admin into our internal monitoring systems which resulted in a delay between the initial incident and our first response. We have taken steps to correct these issues to avoid this from occurring again.
